4. Pickup & Delivery

  • We are not responsible for any delays or missed deliveries caused by factors outside our control, such as weather or traffic conditions.

5. Payment Terms

6. Lost or Damaged Items

  • Lost Items: We are not responsible for any items left in pockets or attached to garments (such as jewelry or accessories). If an item is lost, we will make reasonable efforts to locate it. If the item is determined to be lost, our liability will be limited to the lesser of ten times the service charge or the depreciated value of the item, up to a maximum of [currency amount].
  • Damaged Items: We are not liable for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, manufacturer defects, or improper care labels. If an item is damaged during cleaning, we will assess its value based on age, condition, and depreciation, and compensation will be offered accordingly.

7. Stain Removal

We will always use the best practices to clean your items, but no refunds will be given for unsuccessful stain removal.

8. Uncollected Items

If an order is not collected or delivered within 30 days, we reserve the right to dispose of or donate the unclaimed items. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before taking any such action.
